At our store, you don't have to worry about the chosen size not fitting or not meeting your expectations in any other way. Thanks to our store's integration with cheap returns via InPost Parcel Lockers, you can shop without stress or fear that returning purchased goods will be a painful ordeal.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard, which allows you to send the return package back to us via InPost Parcel Locker.

1. Print the form
Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them.

2. Send the package
Place the packaged goods along with the return document in a box and seal it well.

3. Refund
You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.



Details regarding the steps for submitting a return:

• Log in to your account, then in the returns panel, select the item you wish to return;
• In the next steps, choose a return by clicking on the "I will use the store's shipping" option and selecting the form in which you want to receive the refunded money;
• Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
• Place the packaged goods along with the return document in a box designated for shipping and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the parcel's dimensions cannot exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.
• We will issue a refund, in the form chosen in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less time. We may withhold payment until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
